D-town Twilight

Beautiful Durango, Colorado was founded in 1881 and carries a rich history that is visible from the busy sidewalks. When I think of growing up here, I’m reminded of warm summer nights hanging with friends around town, going to the drive-in, and taking drives to overlooks to share stories. While we can no longer access some of the places we used by vehicle, many are still accessible on foot. This image was created one early morning as the night faded and the sun started lighting up the sky.
