I am available for booking as a presenter at conferences, artist talks, camera clubs, and other photography events. Below is my current list of prepared presentation topics. They are each approximately 50 minutes in length. If there’s a topic you don’t see listed, I’m happy to explore new ideas and welcome suggestions. I’m always open to new topics and would love to hear what you’d like me to teach or speak about, even if it’s not on this list. My Approach to Teaching
I’m passionate about teaching, mentoring, and sharing the knowledge and insights I’ve gained throughout my career as a professional photographer. My approach blends a deep curiosity for the natural world with an appreciation for many genres of photography. At the heart of my teaching is a desire to encourage and empower photographers to build confidence in what they already know, explore what they don’t, and continue developing their own creative voice.
I hold a Master of Arts in Photography and have taught at numerous camera clubs and photography events, and conducted artist talks, workshop, conferences, and other creative events. My presentations range from practical, educational topics to thoughtful, theme-driven conversations about creativity, visual literacy, artistic growth, and the deeper practice of photography. Whether I’m teaching technique or exploring creative ideas, my goal is for photographers to leave feeling inspired, encouraged, and more confident in where they want to go next.
